The Department of Cultural Affairs would like publish the following
message received from Comrade Leslona:
I regret to inform you of a dire oversight made by the Department
of Cultural Affairs in the communication of the Leaderonia site.
The entire boro of Manhattan (MoMA, Whitney, MET, and many
smaller galleries) has united in celebrating one of the principal
American Artists of the post modern period -Romare Bearden-
and not one mention was made in the Dept.'s communique.
Please rectify. Your readers deserve full disclosure.
