In 2003, 22 out of 1,000 girls ages 15 to 17 gave birth. In 1991, the rate was 39 girls out of 1,000. Also, the rate of obesity among children increased to 16%, up from 11% in the late 1980s and early 1990s, which I (as an expert statistician) interpret to mean that today's youth are not attractive enough to get laid.
