The Walk of the Elephants through the Midtown Tunnel, which is either a charming visitation of more innocent times or a horrifying example of animal abuse. (I can't decide what it is, but as soon as that goddamned baby is out of here I will be better able to focus.) Living in LIC, I could watch it from the Pulaski Bridge. It's a great way to let kids see the elephants poop at no charge. Elephants pooping is the only thing they remember from the circus even if you pay $25 for a ticket, trust me.
