The welcome for Hugo Chavez at the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Harlem has been cancelled for Monday September 20, 2004. The Venezuelan information office officially cites "technical difficulties" with the plane that Chavez was scheduled to travel in. However, other people say the reasons were "security risks" that Chavez didn't want to take.

What he doesn't tell you is that the patent is on the imaginary guitar. Apparently the concept of prior art hasn't made it south of Acapulco.
