Sorry, Zeitgeist I've heard is an incredible goal tender, but beyond that I don't know really...

Oh, shit. Thanks for hosting that, dana. I swear, if you ever find yourself in the confines of Dallas, I'll feed you/drink you/lick massage you all you want just to make up for that.

Okay, either I miscoded it or MT doesn't allow strikeout tags in their comments. Pardon my lick.

Heh, ufez, I've seen the photos; I'll fly *you * up to nyc to do that.

Yeah, I hear that up in NYC they have sex in trees!

"I was thinking they were tree people, Greenpeace or something," he said.

Yup, that's what we do up here.

(Off-topic: Don't they kinda resemble Jackie Rogers Jr?)

Yeah, I hear that up in NYC they have sex in trees!

Tis true.

Problem is we only have one tree in this city and it's starting to get a little gamey.

And, oh yeah, the Minutemen track was great. I have an mp3 of them doing "Have You Ever Seen The Rain," I kinda considered them the 80's punk counterpart to CCR, whereas the 'Mats were the stones, the Pixies Led Zeppelin, REM the Beatles, Jane's Addiction the Dead, and The Siths Neil Sedaka.

Harry Crews is a fucking badass. I read Feast of Snakes in like 10th grade or something, and it blew me away. After that, Roach and I spent the whole summer sitting on a park bench drinking straight bourbon from the bottle and chasing it with ice water. Not sure what else we did that summer (can't quite remember), but I'm sure it was amoral.

I remember the day that Dennis Boon died. i was 14, he was a hero of mine, and I was so fuckin' sad.

"As a general statement, I don't like Yankees. I'm as polite as I can be, but I don't like their behavior. I've had occasions to tell some Yankees that they wouldn't stay alive two days in the counties I come from, acting the way they act, talking the way they talk, shoving people out of the way. You can't do that."
