I am frightened

Until I read this AskMe thread about babygear (strictly out of work-shirking curiosity, mind you), I had no idea that this terrifying contraption existed. Look at the photo! Are those babies or grenades?

I think it's an alligator-proof jacket.

Seriously though, who would wear that thing? Don't they make those fancy, high-capacity SUV-type strollers anymore? I swear, they're like baby-troop carriers!
