UpdateHere's some good news: Texas Pharmacists Fired Over Prescription: Gallagher said Eckerd's employment manual says pharmacists are not allowed to opt out of filling a prescription for religious, moral or ethical reasons. Hey Herr, guess what? Tough darts. Pop fuckin' quiz: If you work as a pharmacist for a company that stocks the morning after pill, and you don't wanna fill prescriptions for said medicine, shouldn't you look into whether or not your employer supports you in that? I mean, do you think they're stocking the MAP just for shits and giggles? Posted by Dana at 06:01 PM

The *irony* is that he has probably filled at least a million birth control pills, viagra and valtrex prescriptions.
Posted by: bluecorvet at February 15, 2004 12:30 AMThe idea of a person not being able to get the prescription she needs because of some douchebag's "religious convictions" is just maddening. I can just see the woman, red-faced with embarrassment trying to argue with that pharmacist--really unbelievable.
